Make email notification default to user's email

Description
The email notification is a great feature -- thanks for that. However, each individual user must enter their notification email manually. How can I set it up so that the notification email address is by default the email address that the user registered with? Or can this be included in the next release?

I replaced the textfield for the 'sendto' email address with a checkbox to allow the user to enable/disable email notification of guestbook entries. If enabled the mail notification will default to sending to the email address in the standard user profile.

Thanks, jaydub. I've added this to the cvs version, but haven't had time to check if it works. Feedback is welcome.
