After installing a default Open Enterprise (with dutch language pack) the site is not reachable. The url that de server is redirected to after calling the URL:

http://example.com/?q=nl/nl/nl/nl/nl/nl/nl/nl/nl/nl/nl/nl/nl/nl/nl/nl/nl...

I found via another error that this can be solved by updating the Global Redirect module (http://drupal.org/project/globalredirect)
