I get this error if I try to submit a new notice or submit changes for an existing copyright notice:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: db_escape_string() in /home/gov/alpinecounty/WWW/new_web/modules/copyright/copyright.module on line 483

I am using the latest cvs module and mysql with Drupal 4.5.2. Any ideas? Good module, by the way! Just need to get this functional. Thanks for any help.

Okay... now I downloaded the 4.5.0 version and I don't have the same problem. I'll leave this open for the CVS version, but everything is working with the 4.5.0 version.

The cvs version is following the latest drupal development, which changed that function. The 4.5 copyright module matches the 4.5.2 drupal code. The cvs module will now only work with drupal cvs. They'll meet up again in 4.6.
