It would be nice if this module also enables items which do not have a title. I'm adding an icon as menu-item, but default Drupal insist of a title, which I then need to kill with CSS...

I'm not going to do that as it can break lot of different things (like administration). Hide with CSS is the good way and having a text for blind people is nice.
