Getting this error on a variety of backend pages.

I added some additional regions to the starter lite info file and page template thinking that was the issue but when I replaced both files with the core info and page template, cleared the cache, and still got the problem.

Any one else have this issue or know of a solution?

This happens if you have the responsive module enabled but css aggregation not on.

make sure to add all new regions to settings[grid_nested_regions][] in the info file
