I guess nobody is using this feature because it is very broken.

The patch fixes the bug when adding context: user edit form . So it should be commited.

The issue still exists on
7.x-1.x-dev 2015-Jan-28, and the above patch solves it.

Please apply it in next dev release.

This was fixed in #1638394: Table name should be {users} not {user}
