On Konqueror 3.2.1 the Search button font colour becomes white when I point my mouse on it.
As a side note, you say "It has been tested on IE6, Firefox 1.0 and Opera 8". Why no Konqueror testing, too?

TDobes commentedI believe the mouseover color changing of the search button is intentional and the correct behavior. It occurs in Firefox and Opera also. It does not happen in IE, but that's probably a lack of support for some CSS feature by IE. Threrefore, marking this "by design."
Themes are often not tested in Konqueror because installing Konqueror on a Windows or MacOS workstation is a non-trivial task. The difficulty lies in the fact that Konqueror is not available independently of KDE. For example, under Windows, one if forced to install cygwin, then the entire kde-cygwin package... and kde-cygwin is still on version 3.1.4... the newest release (3.3.2) or beta (3.4) are totally out-of-reach for those who don't want to do porting themselves. I post this rant here in the hope that someday someone will prove me wrong and set up an easier way to do this.

nsk commentedI was talking about Konqueror on KDE running on GNU/Linux or BSD, of course. Who needs Windows these days? On my site only 18% of users use IE and 30% of my users run on GNU/Linux.
