CKEditor advanced and full profiles

I am looking to change my profiles on CKEditor yet can not seem to find them. When I click on configure it goes to content authoring. How do I get to the profiles?

That should be it...

From /admin/config, there should be a link for ckeditor.
Selecting that should direct you to /admin/config/content/ckeditor
There, you can view/edit/add/remove/clone ckeditor profiles.

Still confused..

It takes me to the only options of Text formats and Wysiwyg profiles. Is it under one of these and I'm totally missing it?
