adding desired extension

Hi, I'd love to use this module but I'd need to add an extension before the username as there's endless possibilities for page names on my site and it seems if a user has the same name as a node the two can't possibly share the url.

For example it was possible for the site creator to choose the extension before the users profile URI:

www.site.com/profile/john
www.site.com/user/john
or
www.site.com/member/john

I hope you see this as a useful feature.
