for example if make a request to a buddy and the buddy will not longer exist, the request should be removed or better it should shown a message like "member does not longer exist"

There is code in there to handle this.

if this is not being called or there is some other problem I'll need more information about what you are seeing.

yup, the code show above does the job. The requests will be removed when the user get removed. Is this what you mean?
