When exporting to a feature

I wanted to enable a feature, but got the following error:

Fatal error: Class 'panels_display' not found in /home/lsolesen/workspace/vih_dk_build/profiles/vih_dk/modules/vih/vih_employees/vih_employees.pages_default.inc on line 47

Checked the feature and discovered that panels was not added to dependencies[], even though some pagemanager handlers utilizing panels was exported in the feature.

Off course I can enable panels manually to resolve the problem.
