I have installed both Ad Adaptive thes and foottheme and then activated the AT Commerce theme. But the inital page of the is not as displayed pls suggest if we need to customize and develop the whole theme or need to make some changes to get the theme correctly.

Which theme do you have set as default - this should be AT Commerce, if you have Footheme set as default and have done nothing to modify it to suit AT Commerce then you will have problems.
