Using GMap gmap 7.x-1.x-dev with Location 7.x-3.0-alpha1

Created a view with GMap showing Profile2 nodes with a Location field. Data source is Location Module and I get this error:

SQLSTATE[42S22]: Column not found: 1054 Unknown column 'latitude' in 'field list'

It might be useful to note that Node Location map does not display any marker for any of the Profile2 nodes. These are the only nodes that I have on the site at the moment.

I'm receiving the same error message under the similar conditions. Trying to display Address info on a GMap via a view.

When I follow these instructions, by changing the GMap | Settings | Datasource from Location.Module to 'Choose Latitude & Longitude fields', the map actually displays but the markers appear in the Gulf of Guinea

Same issue here whith 7.x-2.3 and 7.x-2.x-dev and location 7.x-3.0-alpha1 when using a cck location field into profile2 (user location module disabled)

@ledom, not sure if the other use location_cck. Reopen #1348452: Doesn't location_cck display on profile2. to be sure.
@others, are you using 'conventional' location fields? Please specify, and chagne the title accordingly.

No response for a long time. If anyone is still experiencing this problem then please reopen the issue against the latest version with step by step instructions of how to produce the error.
