I get the error

user warning: Duplicate entry '17-2' for key 1 query: INSERT INTO users_roles (rid, uid) VALUES (2, 17) in /home/firstunited/www/www/includes/database.mysql.inc on line 172.

each time I go to create a new user.

It still seems to work, though. (meaning the new user is still created)
