Ampersand (&) is not handled correctly in path bar

It seems that the little info bar at the top cannot handle ampersands.

i.e. Home › Gallery › Diseased › Infectious & Parasitic diseases

Keep in mind that the page title, link in the navigation tree, and label for the thumbnail link all work fine. The only issue is with that info bar. This problem appears to be unique to the embedded version, as this problem does not occur in the standalone version.
