I get this error after installing nodequeue for the first time.

Looking at the version of nodequeue.install tagged as DRUPAL-5--2-0-RC, I don't see how this is possible, unless you had previously installed and older version of nodequeue, disabled it but didn't uninstall it, and then tried to re-install the 5.x-2.0-rc version. Is that what you did? What happens if you visit update.php for this site?
