where to see if feed items added? where to import from OPML?

Hi,
I just installed the latest version Feedparser and my drupal version is 5.2. After I add a feed, I could find anything feed items added . I go to admin/Content management/content could find any new added items.
also I didn't find link/page to import from OPML file.
What does this mean? Should I run update.php after install this module? My previously installed Leech module will related to my problem?
