Location of Add Form

Hello,

I use shoutbox as a block on the right sidebar and show 10 shouts on the page. That's why I want new shout to appear at the top. I have an option for this in the settings, I can do it but with this change I also need to place add form to the top. The reason is that the form is at the bottom because of the lengths of the shouts and cannot be seen directly.

I checked out the settings several times but couldn't find any option.

This option would be great. Please consider putting it.
