A lot of duplicated comments in my forum

Hello,
I've setup a forum with advanced forum and some modules like flat comments, messages ecc.

Now if I post a reply I see about 100 pages showing the same comment, i'm trying to understand, but if you have some suggestions ...

Ok maybe i've found the problem, I've installed Pathauto module, and if i try to insert a pattern for my forums arguments like this:
forums/[node:taxonomy_forums]/[node:title] after posting a comment in my forum undreds of comments are generated.

If instead of forums/[node:taxonomy_forums]/[node:title] I use something like anything except forums/[node:taxonomy_forums]/[node:title] everything works.
