With panels everywhere enabled switching from a page utilizing the admin theme (Rubik) to a page using my user theme (a version of AT panels everywhere) causes the page to display without running through the selected PE Site template. The problem is intermittent and reloading fixes the problem 9 out of 10 times. The other time I have to load another page.

The problem might be related to a differently themed overlay as I can sometimes see the problems occur behind the overlay. Attached is the correct html for the front page, and what it looks like when the problem is occurring.

Just wanted to bump this again as there have been no replies and the problem is still occurring intermittently.

I am doing some triage on this project. No activity has ocurred on this issue for approximately 17 months. Hopefully ok to Close (works as designed).

I've been using PE with a custom theme for a while and have not seen this. Feel free to reopen if the issue persists.
