hi coleman - would you consider changing "Only show contacts the acting user has permission to see in CiviCRM." so that it is by default 'checked'

I really like systems that take the precautionary approach rather than finding that forms are suddenly able to show all contacts to the people who shouldn't see them.

Thoughts?
