I'm trying to build my first subtheme based on Omega and several hours into it, I realize page titles are missing from the entire site. So I checked, unchecked, and re-checked every single item within 'Toggle advanced elements' to no avail. I can't seem to get tabs or page titles to show up, no matter what I try. It's not being hidden with CSS, the corresponding html for page titles and tabs are nowhere in the page source.

Any ideas what may be causing this?
