I've updated my drupal core to 7.15 and am no longer able to modify my menus, blocks or access my configuration page. I have drupal installed on Yahoo Small business. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Also having the same problem on at-commerce theme, seem to be unable to select the expanded/collapse options

I have 7.17 and can't access any admin menu tasks. It times out. "connection reset" in firefox.
