When you ask for a template, I assume you are referring only to the appearance and are asking for theme which looks something like Zagat without the need to commission a custom theme? The layout is simple enough. If you want to copy Zagat using a ready-made theme rather than writing your own theme or incurring the relatively heavy cost of commissioning a custom theme from scratch, you could do worse than buy a copy of Headliner from http://adaptivethemes.com/ and start with that.
