Hi, can't setup role in this configuration, see the snapshot in file attachment.

the 'Adhérent' profile is lower than 'modérateurs' and of course 'webmaster' in the access permission.
I want 'modérateurs' can assign 'Adhérents' role to 'authenticated user' but when I check case, a message error occurs : 'A forbidden choice has been detected, please contact ...'

Don't know why ?? an idea ?

Unfortunately, I'm not able to reproduce that error. However, I think what you want to achieve is more like shown in my snapshot (the green boxes should be checked, and all the other boxes should not be checked). This will let 'Modérateurs' assign the 'Adhérents' role to other users. This will also let the 'Webmaster' role assign the 'Adhérents', 'Modérateurs', and 'Webmaster' roles to other users.

Hi David,

thanks for your help but it doesn't work ...

in fact, I don't know how to read this control access tab :
is it : column role can 'assign role' in line
or is it: line role in 'assign role' can assign role for column role ?

I tried both way but still doesn't work :(

I have the same bug with a role that contain a " ' ". If I remove the ', it's working.

It's the same as in the Access control page. If you 'edit permissions' on a single role it should make more sense. Eg. 'edit permissions' of a Manager's role should have 'assign Staff role' checked.
