Build a youth-community driven drupal site for a shopping mall

The proposed website will be a youth community driven website (so, that is the styling) for a sports apparel shopping center.

there are roughly 4 modules required:

1. Blogging [for the young users to express themselves]
2. Forum/BBS [for the young users to exchange their thoughts]
3. News
3a. The shopping Mall news
3b. Sports news
3c. Fashion news
4. Products showcase (not e-commerce)

-user can login once, and will get his blog space and forum ID at the same time. and user can reserve products in the website.

-the language is "Simplified Chinese" (we can change the language if you have problem with chinese)

this is a solid requirement, we need very capable developer. And we see definite repeats if this first project run well.
we pay market fair price, and follow standard payment terms schedule.
