Approving a relationship doesn't approve implied relationship requests

Suppose the Roommate relationship implies the Friend relationship, and suppose that person A sends person B a request to be a Friend and a separate request to be a Roommate. If person B approves the Roommate request, the Friend request is not automatically approved. This can result in a persons A and B being Roommates, but not Friends, which violates the implication.

Attached is a patch that approves implied requests when the implying request is approved.
