Is there a way to block 'browsers'? On my awstat statistics page, httrack, a known software scraper is listed under browsers!

I found this
I found this http://drupal.org/node/150550. But I'm not sure where it should be added to my .htacess:
Try Google...
http://www.google.com/search?num=100&hl=et&q=httrack+blocking&btnG=Otsi&lr=
One link which caught my eye states...
"Httrack enables the user to select which user-agent will be declared to the target web server, thereby preventing a webmaster from blocking Httrack. ..."
I realize its a losing
I realize its a losing battle with bots, spammers, and scrapers. I'd prefer to have something versus nothing. Do you know how/where I should edit the .htaccess (pasted in full above) in order to prevent httrack user-agent?

Looking at it I don't think it matters whether it goes in beginning or end.
The search tool on Drupal.org really does work.
