Can't clear out panels page

I'm on Drupal7 and can't get cache actions working to clear a panels varnish page. When I click on "Clear the cache for panel page panes" the next field "Panes" is empty? Am I missing something? I'm on Acquia Hosting, so using their varnish setup and not the varnish module.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
