Unsupported?

Sorry, I tried to be supportive to the growing community of users of this module as much as I can. I've stopped using this module, and Drupal as a whole, but I've struggled to support it, for the benefit of this module's users.
However, with my current availability for this close to zero, it would only be fair to be honest and admit that, as much as I want, I cannot support this module anymore. There is some work done by zhgenti - he might be able to support branch 7.x-2.x. If someone else wants to come forward, I'll be happy to see this module change hands to someone who cares about it and wants to see it go forward into future versions of Drupal.

That's a real pity! This is the only crop module I find to be decent and simple enough.

Sorry guys, for the time being, I can't give this module the love it needs.

Hi yhager, thanks for all the time and effort you have put into this module, it is appreciated by many. I have used this module for the last couple of years on numerous sites and it has been great. I would now like to apply to become the new maintainer.

I have been working on the 7.x-1.0 branch over the last couple of days and have addressed the following open issues and a few others...

I have made the following changes to the code..

Module now uses the libraries API.
All markup is now generated through the FAPI.
Added the ability to change the background color.
Added the ability to change the background overlay image.
Grouped widget settings into a fieldset.
Added #states for widget settings.
Added options for minimum and maximum sizes of the cropping area.
Added options to set the ratio of the cropping area.

Im really interested on working on this further, although i am primarily interested in the 7.x-1.0 branch.

So is this module considered 'supported' now? yhager thanks for your work since 6.x - we've relied heavily on this module.

Ive been working on this on and off over the past few months.... i will hopefully be updating the 7.x-1.0 development branch in the next week or so with a lot of improvements and updates etc.
