First of all, many thanks for this useful module and congratulations for the great work.
Could you help me how to use it for chat more then two users? I've installed the Buddylist and I enabled groups, I've created one but I do not know how to use the chat for group discussions.

Sure, we can help you.
Use "Join Chatroom" button (left one at the AjaxIM chat block), then input chatroom name and press Join button.
All members can do the same (with the same chatroom name) and you will appear in 1 chatroom and all posts will be shown to group.
