When an error occurs the modal window dow not reflect a change in size so the submit button will be out of the window (scrolls have to be removed). Please advise.

There is some code in the submit handler that "messes" around with dynamic resizing. I would just make your box high enough to accommodate all the errors that could happen at one time. Or you can see what you can do with the code :)
