I have just installed Drupal onto my website which is hosted by Dotster. After successful installation I got a red display at the top of my admin page that says "one or more problems were detected...etc..." I clicked on the status report link and saw that the configuration file settings.php was set to writable. I changed this and tested to make sure that the file was no longer writeable and it was not. I then went back into drupal and still get the same error display. I am sure that the file is non-writeable. What should I do?
