The instructions in the readme file state for the 2nd step:
"Set the CAS server parameters in admin/settings/cas"
this needs to be explained on what to enter in the fields to get a working system. the first field of "CAS Server" (Location of CAS authentication service) ? What is entered here? I have no idea! Can someone explain this field and any others that are needed to get this module working?
Thanks,
Dave

metzlerd commentedCAS doesn't provide central authentication all by itself. You need a Central Authentication Server. The CAS server is a Java J2ee product, not delivered with this server. Assuming that you're at a school, (this is mostly where this service is used), you'll need the URL of the CAS server in order to fill out these fields. If at your institution you login to your single sign-on server at https://cas.myschool.edu/cas/login, then your cas server setting would be cas.myschool.edu and your cas uri would be set to cas.
Does that help?

ldway commentedThanks very much for explaining! - Makes perfect sense now. Also did some searches and found where to get the actual server for running on your own. If it helps others, the link is:
