I was using recaptcha on my website http://lib.umassd.edu, however I also have a ServerAlias of http://library.umassd.edu. Recaptcha will only work for whichever I specified when I got my key. Is there any way that it will work both on the ServerRoot and ServerAlias.

When Google issues the keys, they are specific to a domain. When you request a key, there is a checkbox to make it valid for *.umassd.edu; check that and it will work with both.
