But, I may be saved since I just performed a full home directory backup of me website a minute before. Can someone please tell me which specific file and where it's located that I need to replace in my drupal directory to restore my menu to its pre-deletion state? Thank you!

If your home directory contains your MySQL database then you're OK - look for the menu database files (menu.frm, .myd & .myi). If not, then you're out of luck, I'm afraid. Maybe you can check if your host did a MySQL backup.

Just create your Primary Menu again with all of the links under Site Building>>Menus. Save it, go to Settings and in the dropdown: Menu containing primary links: choose your new Primary Links menu name, and your Primary Menu is back.

I don't think home directory backups has the database. But i'm sure you can always create another primary links navigation.

If you install the Devel module and enable the Devel block, you'll have access to a "Reset menus" link. Resetting your menus will restore your primary links, but will also wipe out any other custom changes you've made in Administer -> Site building -> Menus.
