Your MySQL database should have a password, and when you configured Drupal, you failed to provide it.

Edit the settings.php file in sites/default and change the documented string value.

Note that this is a MySQL password, NOT a Drupal password.

I think that's not the reason, Drupal was working , but when i enabled Fudforum , taxonomy menu , appears the message
And can not enable picasa too
