In the following video, the format of the display is "Views Isotope".
At 2'27", a different style options is displayed and setup with a field as filter.

Why the 7.x-1.0-beta2 version of views_isotope doesn't display such setup possibility ?

The video and code are different because changes were made between when the video was uploaded (February) and when beta2 was packaged (April). I made this video (https://vimeo.com/40662343) AFTER releasing the beta.
