Issue Summary
I really like the concept behind this module!
I was trying to use it for event registration thouh and it seems like I would have to do a lot of hacking to be able to theme it.
The specific items I wanted to change were:
The "Do it" text on the form button
The Text that indicates a prior registration/participation
I also second a request to make the Civi tab a configurable option.

It's possible to bypass the built-in form generation by theming everything directly in templates. But that's also a lot of work.
We'll be moving all of these options into the UI as time/$$$ permits.
