Using drush 5.4 and PHP 5.3.14 (with or without APC) I keep getting cannot redeclare errors in template.php. This happens if Alpha, Omega, Bartik, etc, are the active theme. Seems to me like something is trying to incljude the template.php more than once.

This does not happen with stock Drupal 7.15.

i couldn't reproduce such errors.

Do you have something else in the system: Other modules, custom theme?
could you provide more details: exact error message, where/when it happens, a printscreen?
