Hide filter selection for user signature [#1778762]

Standard method for filter hiding doesn't seem to work for user signatures. Is there any way to achieve it?

(This post is almost the same as #767236: hide format tips in signature field but for D7 branch)

This issue is preventing me enabling the signature on my site :(

Subscribing as I would like this feature as well.

Needs review.
Go to admin/people/permissions page and enable/disable "Show format selection for user signature" permission.
