Dependent field do not disappear when "dependee" field set disappears

Issue: There is a master check box field (Show Field Set 1). When you check it, the field set 1 box will appear. Inside the field set box is the "Show Date field" check box. When you check the "Show Date field" check box, the Greatest Date field will appear below the Field Set 1 box. When you uncheck the "Show Field Set 1" check box, the field set 1 box disappear but the Date field does not disappear.

Expected behavior: When I un-check the "Show Field Set 1" check box, I expect both the field set 1 box and the date field to disappear.

Solution: I believe the solution would be to re-initialize the values in the field set when it disappear.
