I would like some feedback on this. Is it confusing to allow user configurable timezones by default? You would think that you assume the times you see are in that church's timezone, not adjusted for your timezone - right? Plus you have caching issues.

I am pretty sure I want to disable this by default.

Made this change in 1x dev. This should alleviate timezone confusion with a lot of site maintainers.
