We do need to keep the keywords/description nice and simple.

I can put long description but once saved the actual description is cutoff to a certain limit, which I don't know where it is being configured. So, it would be nice to have a "remaining character' counter.

This is an option on admin/content/nodewords. Currently set to 255. A cutoff counter may be nice, but I think a bit beyond this module. May look into it later. As a work-around: set the cutoff to 0 (no limit) or a higher value.

Branch 6.x-2 has never been supported, and it is not anymore developed.
