Issue Summary
This is just a meta tracking issue for Spark; discussion on these items should take place in the Drupal core queue, not here.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Create a D8 Meta issue to describe what the hell we're doing. :) This is based on a conversation we had last week with the SCOTCH folks + Bojhan.
- Research CTools listing/edit UI code in D8 and, depending on effort, change D7 code accordingly
- Research layout listing - where would this go?
- Start architecture discussion on defining a set of regions
- Start architecture discussion on defining a set of grids
- Where do regions/grids/layouts go in UI?
- Start architecture discussion on defining a landing page creation mechanism
- Start architecture discussion on defining a Layout definition mechanism (code)

This was obviously done, and we got a fair way through implementation, but ultimately got held up by SCOTCH architecture delays. :(
