image is not resized if crop area left untouched

Hi All,

This issue is for D7 version of image is not resized if crop area is never untouched.

The attached patch helps imagefield_crop module to crop image, even if user keeps resizeable area untouched.

This only works if user has specifically clicked on upload button, if user browse image file and directly clicks on submit button this will not work.
