I guess Dharmesh has some kind of mega D7 Matrix, we want to expand this with additional devices so from here on forward we make sure everything is user tested in tablet + smartphone.

Yes, yes! I am building a matrix for Spark (based on D7) and the new matrix does include devices :-)
I am still working on the matrix, but I should post it soon.
