Issue Summary
The menu entries without paths i.e. headers or blocks are really not part of a site map. There should be a setting to toggle whether to view them or not. I think they help organize the site map, but my boss doesn't like them.
In any case I have updated all branches so in the next 12-24 hours they'll be available by snapshot.
