Let's switch to using AdaptiveTheme and include an adaptive contrib theme as a stopgap until Commons Origins is further along. This will allow us to start working with responsive parts of Commons earlier.

Thanks for looking into this. I went with Sky since it seemed more neutral than Pixture reloaded's default color of neon pink :D.

Why not use Twitter Bootstrap?

EDIT: #1801582: Add a new, non-default framework-based theme to Drupal core is causing me to rethink this.
