Filter by common node references

I have two content types with node reference fields that reference the same type of node.

My aim is to create a block display which outputs nodes which reference the same node as the node being viewed.

For example:

The article content type has a country node reference field
The job content type has a country node reference field

When I'm viewing article A which references France I want the view to output all the job nodes which also reference France.

I'm sorry if this is a question which regularly comes up, I have, genuinely, searched a lot for an answer but have had no joy.
